Inspired by 18th-century French toile de Jouy, the 12×12” Palais Des Fleurs Stamp was created from an authentic 1700s wallpaper discovered in the Cooper Hewitt Museum. We stayed as true to the original artwork as possible, adjusting only a few primitive figures that didn’t translate well to stamp form—to ensure every intricate detail would apply beautifully.
The elements can be used separately or pulled in tighter to create a complete repeat that mimics historic wallpaper. With its bouquets, floral swags, and fabric-like draping, this set is highly versatile—beautiful on furniture, wall panels, cards, and individual art pieces—and offers many ways to work with classic toile imagery in your projects.
