Sally, as did I cherished the first-generation Grainery Stamp, which was the inspiration for the Iron Orchid Designs Sisters to create an even more versatile stamp set. Meet this fresh new take on a beloved classic as we introduce to Mercantile! This is a two-page stamp set, featuring dozens of stamp combinations and allows every piece to be mixed and matched. Craft unique compositions by pairing elements like rustic horses, vintage advertising typography, and decorative wreaths for a diverse range of looks.

The IOD sisters drew inspiration from the authentic linen texture of vintage grain sacks, this stamp set is wonderful for Farmhouse, French Fleamarket, and classic Americana . From decorative throw pillows to tea towels, or distinctive wall art, you can infuse each project with a touch of heritage.

For some handy tips see below: 

1. Use a thin mount and grid sheet with the grain stripes to get a continuous, nice, straight pattern. Want to use just one strip element of the grain stripes? Apply the ink to only one strip element and apply to your surface. 
2. The wheat element is designed to be flexible, allowing you to create a continuous pattern or create a clustered design. You can also curve the wheat as you stamp to get different looks. 
3. Use the accent elements next to the cow and horse for styled dividers. This looks great on tea towels. 
4. Repeat the flourish accents to make end-to-end borders.
