We strive to provide the best shopping experience with excellent customer service. We make every effort to help our customers achieve the optimal results with the products we sell.


Requests for Returns: If you wish to make a return for any reason, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving the order. You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping, plus a 25% restocking fee for all returned merchandise. Only unopened unused merchandise may be returned. All sales of furniture and/or custom orders are final and nonrefundable.


Damaged Items: The nature of the some of the products we sell, such as our Iron Orchid Designs product line, are designed to give a vintage and worn look; this is built into the design of the product. Any requests for refunds due to defective merchandise must be accompanied by photos which fully illustrate the issue you are having along with a written description. We like to make effort to help our customers get the optimal results with the products we sell. Should the item be faulty, the customer may return the item for review. If it is determined the item is indeed defective we reserve the right to replace the defective part or send out the exact item.


Cancelled Items: Transactions already processed that are cancelled incur a 3% transaction fee charged by our credit card companies.


Shipping: We ship in 1 to 3 business days but may need to wait for certain products if the weather may impact the quality of the product you ordered. We do not ship paint products during freezing temperatures. In some cases we participate in drop shipment programs with our vendors.

We do not reimburse any shipping charges to or from you the customer. Products will be delivered unless the customer cancels their order prior to shipment. Once the item has shipped out, any cancellation will be treated as a return and will
incur all shipping charges and re-stocking fees. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. In the event of a package our carrier has not delivered we will make every effort to locate your package for you.


Condition of Returned Items: All returns for any reason damaged or otherwise need to be in original manufacturer packaging and unassembled.

International and Custom Orders: All international and custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once the order is placed. If any such items are refused or returned, no refund will be given.
