Basics Of Crochet Workshop

$50.00

Coming from a French word meaning “hook,” crochet is the process of pulling thread or yarn through loops using a small hooked needle to create fabric and decorative textiles.
This introductory crochet class teaches the foundational skills needed to create handmade textiles with confidence. Students will learn how to hold a hook and yarn, understand basic crochet terms and patterns, and practice essential stitches such as chain and single crochet stitch. Through guided, hands-on projects, learners will create simple but beautiful wash cloth using skills they will later build on to create items like scarves, or small accessories. No prior experience is required—just curiosity and a love for making things by hand.
